The 13th Asian Reproductive Biotechnology Conference (ARBC) was in Taipei from May 3 to May 6, 2018. Xu Quhuan, a Ph.D. student of our college attended the conference at which he gave an oral presentation for which he won the award of “The Outstanding Paper”.

Xu mainly reported the achievements and new progress in freezing pig semen of the obstetrics laboratory in our college. After the report, Xu and other people at the conference had a heated and constructively discussion on his topic.

This conference involved eight topics, namely reproductive medicine, fertility preservation, assisted reproduction, cell and tissue bank, animal cloning, embryo development, cell reprogramming, biology and economics which covered a variety of research directions and hotspots in reproductive regulation. The conference was informative and rich in content, fully reflecting the latest cutting-edge progress in the field of reproductive biotechnology.
